Hon Le

Nicknamed "The Kamikaze Kid" because of his aggressive style, Hon Le is a Vietnamese professional poker player from California.

Born in Vietnam, Hon Le moved to the U.S. in 1982 and found a job doing construction. Le started playing poker in1989. Years later, he heard about Men "the Master" Nguyen and Le sought him out and asked if he could be his poker student. After Men agreed, Le has become a successful tournament player. His first tournament win came at the L.A. Poker Classic in 2000 where he won the Seven-Card Stud Hi-Lo event, earning more than $20,000. A year later, he won a Hold'em/Omaha event at the California State Championship.

He is best known for his 2nd place finish in the Legends of Poker event during Season 1 of the WPT (at a final table that included Mark Seif and Kathy Liebert) where he earned $122,550. Although he has had many cashes at minor tournaments, he hasn't been able to leverage his wins into anything substantial.

i played in a omaha cash game with hon good guy after the river and i showdowned my hand he folded his hand he may look like a guy who eats 10 big macs a day but the guy actually eats lots of strawberrys and kiwis at the table

Karagulleyen is actually pretty good, but i agree that Hon Le is a hack. He probably never made it to another final table ever.

The funniest i ever saw from Hon is when he was heads up against Chris Karagulleyen in a WPT final table and he went in with 6-8 off suite and made a miracle straight on the turn. Nevertheless, he checked despite holding the nuts it was just so funny. Then on the river he was like "ten thousand!" and chris immediately folds. So he couldnt milk anything out of it since chris was so tight, it was just funny seeing him go "check" when he has it made lol and chris checking right behind him.

Hon Le vs Mark Seif ...they should be given 1 Million $ each for their heads up games. Never seen more entertaining poker its pokerhistory IMO.I love them both for their duel vs eachother.
